Mario at the Men's Shop, Robert Wade (director at Wright's), Matt Case (manager at Wright's - we were very impressed with Matt), Paulina in housekeeping, and the manager in reservations (forgot his name) who set us up in a magnificent suite in the Ocatilla section when I first made these reservations.
