1. I was travelling to Philadelphia for professional reasons and my usual hotels were fully booked.

5. While this is not the most modern or luxurious hotel, the price was fairly reasonable (except for the additional charge for parking which I thought was a bit excessive) and as everyone has mentioned, it is a great location for walking to many of the sights.

6. The hotel is reasonable priced and good located (5 minutes from 15th Street metro station), but they are lot of homeless people especially near the JFK Plaza so be aware.
