1. We didn't receive new towels after housekeeping came by our room nor did we receive any toilet paper.

7. Also, the door hinges were rusty - they could have spent a few extra $$ on new hinges and hardware, The kitchen was outdated but it was clean and worked just fine for our purposes - I don't need granite countertops in my hotel room.

8. The only small problem we had was that it took a couple of requests to get new towels, but considering how excellent the rest of our stay was I wouldn't consider that much of a problem.

9. Having found a great route from Manchester, UK into the States we will definately be back at the Windsor Suites - Boston, new York and Washington are all close via the train.

10. This hotel is definitely not new, but is well maintained and feels very comfortable and homey.
