1. Overall, the location of the hotel is pretty good - can walk pretty much anywhere (at least the places that were of interest to us were all walking distance, except for the outlet mall, but we had a car).

2. In spite of all of this, I still consider my stay at Windsor Suites to be exceptional and look forward to possibly returning in the late spring/early summer.

3. While this is not the most modern or luxurious hotel, the price was fairly reasonable (except for the additional charge for parking which I thought was a bit excessive) and as everyone has mentioned, it is a great location for walking to many of the sights.
