1. I stayed here in February of 2012 for a convention and I really liked it.

4. a great suite hotel but they didn't listen to my request for a high balcony king suite but instead gave me a 2 bed 2 bath suite with no view suite was great but as first trip to Philly would have liked a view would stay again but would request balcony price good for Philly.

8. All three times, the people at the front desk weren't exactly rude, but had poor phone skills and didn't seem like people that should be working the front desk at a hotel.

9. The staff clean your room very well everyday and replace things like coffee and dishwashing powder.

10. The only thing we didn't like about the location was that everything was closed by 6 pm so you had to go out of the area to find something at night.
