3. a great suite hotel but they didn't listen to my request for a high balcony king suite but instead gave me a 2 bed 2 bath suite with no view suite was great but as first trip to Philly would have liked a view would stay again but would request balcony price good for Philly.

9. Overall, the location of the hotel is pretty good - can walk pretty much anywhere (at least the places that were of interest to us were all walking distance, except for the outlet mall, but we had a car).

10. The hotel is an older property so if you are super-critical you might find a few things to criticize (for example the bathrooms are not the most modern) but the property is in good condition and well maintained.
