2. While this is not the most modern or luxurious hotel, the price was fairly reasonable (except for the additional charge for parking which I thought was a bit excessive) and as everyone has mentioned, it is a great location for walking to many of the sights.

3. Ok it`s not luxurious and some work need to be done but price + location (5` walk from suburban station for a direct connection to airport using R1 train) is the best solution for phily if you don`t want to spend to much money.
