2. At Windsor suites we are on a beautiful boulevard with great views of the Art Museum (with the 'Rocky Movie' steps) on one end and the ornate city hall on the other end.

3. Ben Franklin Parkway was designed to mimic the Champs Elysees in Paris and, let me tell you, it's quite a beautiful sight.

7. Our spacious room also included a very large balcony that, although without chairs or tables, had a spectacular view of the Philadelphia Museum of Art (home of the "Rocky steps") to the left, and the beautiful City Hall to the right.

9. Philly is a beautiful city with tons of cultural and historical attractions, plus excellent dining, but the amount of homeless and downtrodden people I saw there was particularly depressing.
