4. I honestly don't think they realize it was loud enough to bother anyone else, but the front desk took care of it right away and everything was fine.

5. To make matters worse, when I complained about a mistake they had made on the bill (not everyone at the front desk is trained with the same information) and stated I probably won't stay at the Windsor again, management didn't care.

8. If you don't care how clean your room is, or having enough linens and dishes, tor whether you'll be able to use the room you paid for (due to excessive noise) his place is for you.
