3. The bed was spotless, however the decor is tired , worn out and dated, carpet is ripped at the door threshold, the tiles in the bathroom ( grout is dirty ) , holes in the plaster board, sockets & switches loose on the walls, toilet roll holder falling out of the wall.

5. As I said the beds were clean and the bathroom was spotless - so who cares about the missing lock of the safe and the non-working keys.

6. The room was perfectly clean (okay, maybe not the carpet, but I didn`t want to sleep on the carpet anyway), the beds were clean, the sheets and pillow cases smelled fresh, the towels were clean and the bathroom was spotless.
