1. We got this room for a really reasonable rate so I shouldn't be complaining BUT some of these things are just not acceptable.

4. Also your sign said Free WiFi but that was on in the rooms only at the pool area, and you did not accept my AAA card for my 10% discount.

5. We booked a king bed on the first floor and requested a pet room but upon arrival at 9pm was told the room was not ready yet and would we accept a double room, advised no, and magically a king room was found but then I was handed a paper to sign saying I would not smoke in the room nor have a pet in the room or I would have to pay a $50 fee.

6. I like to wakeup to a cup of coffee, and there was no coffee maker in the room and on the hotel restaurant only cash was accepted.
