Here's what we DIDN'T have: TV remote or channels that came in, no bath towels or faceclothes only a hand towel but we DID have: an ancien Fridge-in fact we didn't even know that's what it was until we opened it,URINE SMELL in a dresser drawer, something dead inside the only towel we had, RUDE STAFF who were not able to answer any question they were asked & really didn't care.

3. ' WHAT?? How are you going to tell a GUEST something like that?? I don't care if I paid for the room out of my pocket or not, as a human being I deserve more respect for that.

4. The only thing I did not care for was all the pizza fliers, do not order from these fliers -- you will get warnings on the tv and from the front desk.

9. It's like they are so high volume and have so many tourists coming in and out that they don't care what condition they give you a room in.

10. See that they don't care as to why we were checking out they just happy they got the money so that was $261 down the drain and why should they care they only provided services that were $200 worth and nothing more.
