1. The TV coaxial cable was bad from being smashed against the wall (this was not new issue) and there was no tv.

I stripped my bed in my new room looking again for bed bugs because you can never be too cautious and we found no bugs I placed the linens in the chair next to the bed and l left to go to Walgreen's to get some eye drops and came back housekeeping came by and cleaned the room but they used the same linens that were located in the chair and placed it back on the bed.

5. The manager did come out promptly in which we did explain the situation to him and he did cover the one night with the (bug) incident and gave the family a new room.
