2. the key did not work, we finally figured out that if you slam the door back and forth about 12 times it will finally hook up correctly and open.

3. The outlet was sparking, the door didn't lock correctly, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, you have to pay a resort fee daily ( not mentioned in any web site) you have to ask for a coffee pot in your room (although it says that the room has one) BUT they don't have coffee for it.

4. The one semi-serious issue we had was no hot water on the last night and morning but we never mentioned it to anyone as it wasn't a big deal so we never really gave them a chance to correct it.

8. On day 4 I called the front desk and was told that 'according to their computer' we were checking out that day - I told him that this was not correct - he told me it was according to his computer.
