1. They have nerve to charge a resort fee (what resort??) the pool is tiny and there is no real other amenities, except for a stupid shuttle which we didn't even use.

7. The front desk was NOT helpful except for one employee named Dimas( I believe that was his name) Maintenance caught an attitude when we called because the keys weren't working properly.
