3. The ticket desk (as is standard on a trip to Orlando, each lobby has a desk where you can buy tickets for parks and shows) was always helpful and not in a salesperson kind of way - genuine help instead of with a hidden motive.

4. In our 2009 stay my wife got ill and we needed a doctor; the front desk were extremely helpful in this matter.

My experiences have been: PROS:cheap, free shuttle, great location, comfortable beds, lots of clean towels, nice HOT showers with OK water pressure, lots of TV channels, nice individual AC/heater, coffeemaker/free coffeeCONS:cheap hotel comforters (just use the sheets only), small bathrooms (doesn't really matter to me but may to other people), inconsistent customer service/staff (sometimes very helpful, sometimes uninformed/unhelpful), ice machine hard to find/brokenOverall, worth it to me.

8. They had no camera and no one that spoke english to help us when our car got broken into in their parking lot.

9. I decided nor even stay for the first night but the rude manager (john) on duty didn't wanna help as well so I ended up staying the first night but use flip flops inside the room all time including inside the shower praying for not bugs visitors during the night.
