1. The first time they re-programed our keys and that still did not work, had to go back again and the security guard had to let us.

3. I know -I know you get what you pay for and my advice would be to pay more and stay somewhere so you have more concern for you security and safety.

4. While I understand things happen, if the hotel knows this is a common problem, I would think that they would hire a security guard to walk the permisis in hopes of detering this.

5. They did not offer to send anyone from maintenance to look at the door and I had to spend the nite in front of the door in a chair so that my family felt somewhat secure.

10. But, I got a clean towel that had a large amount of hair on it, the door security lock was broken, the door frame looked as if someone had tried to break in at one time and it had bugs.
