1. Now I was not expecting the Trump Plaza or great service but they are in the business of customer service and should be held to some level of decency.

2. It is in a great location for the parks, right over the main highway from a Outlet shopping mall and has scores of restaurants from fast food to top class dining within a 5 minute taxi ride.

4. We stayed for 10 nights and absoloutely loved it, it was great value for money the room was spacious had cable tv and comfortable bed.

My experiences have been: PROS:cheap, free shuttle, great location, comfortable beds, lots of clean towels, nice HOT showers with OK water pressure, lots of TV channels, nice individual AC/heater, coffeemaker/free coffeeCONS:cheap hotel comforters (just use the sheets only), small bathrooms (doesn't really matter to me but may to other people), inconsistent customer service/staff (sometimes very helpful, sometimes uninformed/unhelpful), ice machine hard to find/brokenOverall, worth it to me.
