1. The staff were warm & welcoming, but the rooms are showing some wear and tear.

2. I get to the front desk and after providing my last name, and I'm welcomed warmly and even though the room was booked through Priceline, I wasn't treated like a second class citizen like so many other hotels do with their holier than thou tone in their voice.

3. I swear in a matter of seconds, there were 6 guys that showed up to welcome these new arrivals, with smooth transitions to the bell captains and before you know it, I was welcomed as well with a smile and escort to the front desk.

4. Now before I go on I have to say the location of this hotel is great, close to shopping, valet service was prompt, and the staff was very warm and welcoming which you want and expect all those things right? At least from an above average Hotel Chain.
