2. The hyatt brand are always above and beyond what i expect from a hotel chain, the rooms are nicely kitted out, the staff are attentive and helpful even to a hard up british guy like me.

We asked the hotel for recommendations for places to eat locally and it was clear that the concierge could tell we were there on holiday rather than business and as such wasn't really that helpful - they did seem more helpful to business guests (no doubt thinking that they are more likely to have repeat stays).
