1. They charged my credit card again (new authorization) and when I have called them, they had no idea what was it for.

3. I swear in a matter of seconds, there were 6 guys that showed up to welcome these new arrivals, with smooth transitions to the bell captains and before you know it, I was welcomed as well with a smile and escort to the front desk.

4. Stayed at hyatt during the NUKS conference, Nice hotel with a great lobby, location is good, rooms are good with balconies, rooms are new.

5. It is right across the street from Tom Collichio's new LA edition of Craft, it is around the corner from the huge Century City Mall, and only a few short blocks from the Fox studios (in one direction) and Beverly Hills (in the other direction).

It was lovely, everything so new and clean and also some great machines in there, I was a bit overexcited at the fact you could choose a TV channel to watch whilst on the elliptical machine, I watched half a film on it and increased my workout time by about 25 minutes, the novelty factor was brilliant.
