1. Be prepared for being nickle and dimed on everything - parking is $36 per night if you want access to your car, in-room internet costs extra (not sure about lobby - although free wifi was provided for our conference).

2. TV's, free internet, free local phone calls, we came in on Friday late afternoon, checked out mid-afternoon on Sunday and we were only charged for two days.

4. Convenience is one thing of being able to leave conference and go directly to your room or visa versa but to be not to have common conveniences (amenities) that are offered for free at other hotels is another.

7. They sent someone to vacuum our carpet (despite it being past 10pm), sent a guy with some slippers and also allowed us to order anything from the room service menu for free.

9. If I visit LA again, I would certianly consider staying at this hotel again, although it was expensive (the main reason we picked the hotel was because of the Trailfinders 'stay 5 nights get one night free offer'.
