1. The hyatt brand are always above and beyond what i expect from a hotel chain, the rooms are nicely kitted out, the staff are attentive and helpful even to a hard up british guy like me.

3. Great staying at this hotel, under traditionally top Hyatt standards: super amenities --pool, equinox gym, spa; attentive, kind, outstanding service; spacious rooms, optimal location at walking distance (for the ggod walker:)) to Beverly Hills.
