1. The 2nd room was much better with regards to the noise, however the capet between the two beds was ripped and torn, had to put a towel over the spot so we wouldn't trip over it.

2. I hope most of the rooms are better off than mine, it had large stains on the floor and the bathroom grout was disgusting, even the door knobs were pretty rough looking just to name a few.

3. Look around at other hotels in the area which are cheaper and provide better service as this hotel was a four star hotel with one star service.

4. There are better quality hotels in the area - but if you need to stay at a Hyatt, check out the Andaz in nearby West Hollywood - it has been renovated more recently.

5. We did hire a car for 3 days, but in hindsight it would have been better to have a car for the full 5 days.

7. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again but would choose to have a room at the back overlooking the pool, which is a little quieter and has better views.
