5. The hyatt brand are always above and beyond what i expect from a hotel chain, the rooms are nicely kitted out, the staff are attentive and helpful even to a hard up british guy like me.

7. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 3 nights and, although it is still a nice hotel, it is not (as Priceline and other sites demonstrate) a '4-star hotel'.
