1. I think where I really lost my taste for this hotel was when I called for the car as they request you do and I was told by the gentleman that they were too busy to pull my car up and that I needed to head down and wait for 5 minutes or so.

5. Really the pancakes were like frizbee disks and we had to wait for the ice tea to brew and then it had been brewed in a coffee pot so it tasted like coffee.

8. The Valentino's restaurant seemed to suffer from lack of patronage - there is a wine bad (Vin bar) connected to it - the bar was nice, the staff were nice, but the wines by the glass tasted as if they were stored incorrectly, or left open for a long time.
