3. From the minute we pulled up it was a nightmare, the valet service had us wait 20 minutes in the care before we were finally able to pull up only to be informed there would be no bellman to help us with our bags because they were all busy at the time (BS).

4. I paid about USD130 which considering the value offer, the complimentary shuttle service, the great breakfast and the excellent service and customer care is a great deal.

9. Although there were few mishaps during the check-in process which caused some delays and inconveniences; General Manager Michael Broadhurst and Sales Manager Ovit Pursley made us forget all about it, because they really took care of us .
