1. Breakfast on the go, was really breakfast even though it was for the goIn general if you ever needs to go to Houston go to Derek Hotel, you can shop, dine and be close to the nice area of Galleria with a great service and a Hotel you definitely wants to come back.

3. We did order room service at midnight the first night and they did get there promptly with an order of chicken fingers and club sandwich for a flaming $50 (I was generous on the tip, but not generous to make it that much) and the dishes were still in our room when we left at 5:30 the next day.

5. Actually the location is terrific as far as the Derek Hotel is concerned,Its in the general Galleria area and everything from shopping to music to books is available in abundance and in close proximity.

6. What's the point if they are always broken? Also, the rooms are generally pretty dusty, but that is probably because it is normally kind of empty (we often get this hotel when we priceline the galleria area).

8. Although there were few mishaps during the check-in process which caused some delays and inconveniences; general Manager Michael Broadhurst and Sales Manager Ovit Pursley made us forget all about it, because they really took care of us .
