1. This likely has nothing to do with the property, it was probably the birthchild of some suit wearing kid at corporate who wanted the boss to think he was politically correct.

7. Alot of little things needed work, like the rusty lampshade on the light fixture in the bathroom needed to be replaced and rather than gluing the cracked toilet back together- how about replacing it? My sofa was stained leading me to wonder just what the stains were.
