7. Besides that the rooms are funky-cool, Chris and Shawna were great to work with, catering and beverage service were great (delicious and plentiful food, even at breaks) and they do one of the fastest room turn-arounds I've ever experienced.

10. Sorry yall, just because you put down some cow hide rugs on the floor slap some red or black laquer paint on the wall does not make you cool and it can't cover the flaws of comfort, service and food.
