1. The staff was over the top nice, we only delt with a few folks, they all were polite and the front desk lady was over the top on her personal assistance with the cab.

2. Overall, I found the property to be nice and up to date, it is a quant place, almost hard to get to, but it is close to the Galleria, and with the shuttle service there, it will be where we stay when we need a place in that area of town.
