1. My room was large, well decorated, warm and clean and had a wonderful view of Boston from the large picture windows.

2. With a huge lobby and reception area I was surprised that there was only one receptionist on duty - although there was a wait she did a wonderful job and was friendly and efficient - we had the sleep in package and she extended the check-out until 4pm which was much appreciated.

3. Maybe his issue was more my sweatshirt and the enormous bags under my eyes from spending several days on the slopes? I thought I was in a Hilton, not the Waldorf Astoria --The other staff members are just wonderful, a very nice gentleman skillfully handled alllllll our luggage (a ton of snowboard equipment, suitcases, laptops, shopping bags).

4. Bags have always been returned without any issues, and the counter is visible to a number of reception staff when the counter isn't manned, but still, seeing a big pile of bags/suitcases out in the open makes you wonder how secure they really are.

10. It's not a Four Season or Ritz Carlton but those chains don't do airport hotels and it's wonderful to tumble out of bed and stack up the luggage on the trolley (which we had kept since arrival.
