1. With a huge lobby and reception area I was surprised that there was only one receptionist on duty - although there was a wait she did a wonderful job and was friendly and efficient - we had the sleep in package and she extended the check-out until 4pm which was much appreciated.

4. (Note: In my opinion, this is not a place to stay if you are staying for extended periods in Boston proper, as it is right on the airport grounds, and not hugely convenient to the city itself.

6. The hotel has a huge light and airy lobby area and there is a small gym and indoor swimming pool which are useful, if you need to kill a few hours.
