1. Surely the reception staff should have anticipated this when I checked in?The entrance to the hotel is a large atrium which has little purpose except to reflect the shine of the Marble.

With the exception of the main restaurant (which we assumed was open in the evenings (never managed to find out or find a menu, even at the entrance of the restaurant) the only place to get something to eat/drink is the bar, which is enclosed at the back of the atrium with no daylight and TV screens playing at all angles.

3. We would not normally stay at an airport hotel except pre/post flight, but a post on tripadvisor wrote about the shuttle bus and the 'T' and how easy that was so we decided to stay here.

We were informed that all the rooms were totally booked however a lovely desk clerk, Javier, got on the phone and found availability in the hotel for us within 90 minutes as we sat in the lovely lobby, all 3 of us calling hotels in Boston and everyone was booked with one exception that looked kind of seedy.
