1. Minuses: not the best cleaned room; as I was reorganizing my suitcase I stepped on something crunchy: it was multiple nuts etc that were swept to the edge of the bed skirt so obviously no vacuuming was done near the edge of the bed.

4. My only grouse was the very grumpy, bossy and unpleasant waitress in the restaurant, who had clearly passed her best before date and sadly needs replacing soon.

6. Food and drink in the Publik bar in the everning was of a very good standard but the breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was not the best of Hilton breakfasts - rather bland and lacking in variety.
