1. The service was a mixture, our server always brought the drinks promptly but when he served our chowder, he wasn't holding it level and it was spilling in to the plate below, he slopped it down on the table spilling more and when I mentioned this, he just looked at me and walked off.

5. We ate in Connelley's Publik House (a sports bar/pub type of place within the hotel) - service was prompt, food OK (there is an online menu via the website but no prices) - not much atmosphere but it may be people were tired after a day's work/a long flight.

6. The restaurants offer a warm ambiance and good food, though a little pricy; service is always prompt, however :-) Getting to the Hotel is easy; either by walking through the skyway or via shuttle service.
