6. Signage for the hotel is reasonably good once you're approaching the airport, but taxis seem to use some of the roads near the hotel as unofficial waiting ranks and it can be difficult to see whether you're in queue for a junction or should just zip past all the cars.

7. Bad: it's the small things that add up: key not activating gym, or room post gym, steam room not working (the reason i chose this hotel over the Embassy Suites with the breakfast option.

10. The Hilton Boston Logan is great for several reasons: although you can take a complimentary shuttle, it is possible to walk to the airport + the rental car area; there is easy access to the highways; the rooms are neat and clean; and the staff has that classic Boston area dry humour.
