1. I guess it was ok, a little too mayonaise-y for me, but maybe I just dont get the concept of ruining a nicely steamed lobster by drowning it in mayo and celery (like a tuna sandwich?) and slapping it in a hot dog bun.

3. I did end up waiting for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport for longer than I would have liked (even though I'd used the courtesy phone to alert them), but other than that it was a lovely stay.

5. However, people who are foolish enough to overpack (us - but in our defense, we were gone for 3 weeks) would really like to see some of those awesome push carts around.

9. Good: location, very clean rooms, impressive lobby albeit 'The Shining-esque' which I liked, staff will accommodate basic responsibilities, some with attitude, some, with lovely energy.

10. This lack of focus is evident from the service in the restaurant (four meals and only one had good service) and from attention to details like a noisy ventilation system in the room.
