1. I did end up waiting for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport for longer than I would have liked (even though I'd used the courtesy phone to alert them), but other than that it was a lovely stay.

6. Good: location, very clean rooms, impressive lobby albeit 'The Shining-esque' which I liked, staff will accommodate basic responsibilities, some with attitude, some, with lovely energy.
