4. I have been to many a hotel in my life, and never have I had (except at this Austin hotel) such a warm, friendly, and helpful group of staff.

5. Anyway, the worst thing yet to happen, she then asked what is the last name of my friend on the voucher (his last name is Chiu, and we are all Asians, if that ever matters), I cannot believe what came out of her mouth a second later, 'Ching, Chong'?, WOW, that was extremely offensive.
