1. I have been to many a hotel in my life, and never have I had (except at this Austin hotel) such a warm, friendly, and helpful group of staff.

4. Otherwise, the hotel is exactly what you expect from a mid-level, non-full service property except that the HGI has a couple of features you do not find at most Courtyard by Marriott or other HGI properties.
