1. A number of things were not working and in the end they gave us vouchers for free drink and meal in the restaurant to try to make amends.

2. Check-in was fast and efficient, and when the check-in person found out it was our anniversary she offered us some free stuff (totally unexpected as we had booked last minute for fairly cheap on Hotwire).
