3. I refused to engage with him and he shouted at me 'don't you care?' got into the foyer to be greeted by staff saying ' hi welcome to hotel frank' my reply was that I'd had better welcomes to hotel.

4. On Wednesday we parked the car in front of the hotel and there was one manager ( I supose) welcoming guests, he talked to us about what we have done in that day, he was very very polite and attentive.
