2. One thing that I also need to mention is that we got new towels every day, despite of the fact that the old ones where not on the floor and some signs stated that what was what you needed to do to get fresh towels.

5. In the mornings, they put out complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, and even had some complimentary pastries on Thanksgiving morning--and the coffee/tea/pastries were actually really fresh which is rare when hotels do this type of thing.
