5. The upgrade was free of charge, but I do think it was because it suited the hotel - we were told there was a conference event on and there were not spare beds in SF.

7. From the desk clerk to the cleaners, everyone was friendly, accomodating and interested in making sure our stay was pleasant and trouble free.

8. Oh and thats a point to add, the reception manager did get a little argumentative that i didnt want a free 'upgrade' on the room to a mini suite when id booked a twin room as travelling with a friend.
