1. The bed had a plastic sheet on it which made us feel like we were in a care home, as well as making us very hot at night.

4. I refused to engage with him and he shouted at me 'don't you care?' got into the foyer to be greeted by staff saying ' hi welcome to hotel frank' my reply was that I'd had better welcomes to hotel.

5. How about a sign on there or get it fixed? I could overlook these minor details if it weren't for the loud, angry, harrassing protesters outside each day, and the management/staff's complete lack of care about the situation.

10. Who cares if your fixtures are cool and decor uber-modern if you can't take a remotely decent hot shower? Additionally, despite this being remodeled, the carpet's white areas were already grey.
