1. On the surface the hotel isn't bad, the location is great, but for the price you can do better.

2. Plenty of eateries in the neighbourhood and an excellent diner on the corner which did a fabulous breakfast there is a diner in the hotel however across the street is far better.

8. The cost of using the internet terminal in the lobby is ludicrous - there is much better value in a nearby cafe.

9. For my second stay I asked for, and received, a room at the back which was much better from the noise point of view (apart from what I believe was air conditioning equipment in the well of the building) though inevitably rather dark.

10. google protests at hotel Frank for times and days of protests and fit your stay around them and you'll have a better stay :-).
