1. I found the staff to be very attentive - going out of their way to accommodate requests and make my stay comfortable.

2. On Wednesday we parked the car in front of the hotel and there was one manager ( I supose) welcoming guests, he talked to us about what we have done in that day, he was very very polite and attentive.

5. Francis for a few days before relocating to this hotel due to availablity and received more one on one attention from the helpful and friendly staff, charming little hotel in a great location, we stayed on the 11th floor in a Junior Suite and the rooms decor and furniture was very cool.
