1. welcome was warm, room was large, clean and pretty comfortable - about what you expect with a Holiday Inn, nothing flashy but perfectly adequate.

3. I don't know if it was due to being member of 'Priority Club' (the hotel's rewards program), we were very welcomed and didn't have any problems with the staff, and didn't feel them cold.
