1. We didn't have any problems with noise like some other posters have mentioned, and we were situated in the main building, above the swimming pool.

5. A bellman loaded our luggage onto a trolley and the four of us followed like sheep to the other building, which has NOTHING to offer in terms of amenities.

6. I have my suspicions that anyone booking through an online service like Hotwire, rather than with the hotel itself, ends up at the bottom of the heap in terms of room selection.

7. The toiletries were adequate if not exactly high end (for the price they should have been more high end like Gilchrist & Soames but I do like Bath and Body Works and was happy with the items provided).
